End of Year Party @ EGG 09/10

Sadly, we felt we had no choice but to withdraw from this event due to issues with the room arrangements that we are not happy with.  We were told we had to play in the top room which has the following flaws:

• no bar
  (you’d have to go all the way to the bottom floor to get a drink; a complete vibe-destroyer when you need to fight through the crowds on the two lower levels)
• speakers with insufficient low-frequencies
  (considering we’re the only performers on the night that is dependent on the venue’s sound-quality, we shouldn’t be put in a room that is inferior)
• space in the room was too limited
  (can’t create a good vibe in an awkward shaped room that separates the spectators from the DJs and has a 50 person capacity)
• we’d have to supply our own turntables
  (ridiculous, its supposed to be a nightclub right!)

No worries though, you can catch us at the BeatSoc House Party on June 4th.
